I have a Sony Ericsson W800i. In addition to being my phone, I use it to listen to music like the VIP and DQN albums and DJ Scotch Egg. I recall a old friend of mine who used to own an old Nokia with a cracked screen he never fixed. Truly VIP.

I have an iPhone I bought for development that I deliberately don't use as a phone. My real phone is this Nokia here that has served me for a long time.

Partly because I hate talking on phones period, and partly because I don't like the idea that anyone can bother me from anywhere.
I just make people contact me through email instead. It fits my lifestyle better.

Some day, someone I know is going to get into an accident and there will be nothing I can do to help.

Being able to browse the internet on a phone would be kind of cool. It would give me a reason to check my email, though, and defeat the whole purpose of using email in the first place. Besides, I get out of the house to get out of the house, not to browse the internet.

I only really use this cellphone monthly or something. It still works, and I got it from a friend who bought it in 2003, I think.

Would anyone suggest a prepaid phone in America with a decent web browser? I do not need a full-blown smartphone but the browsers on most phones are little more than raw html1.0 dumpers.

Some time ago I purchased a "cool" expensive touchscreen smartphone in a moment of insanity when I thought I would actually find it useful to have one. (That is a lie I bought it because I thought it would make me more attractive to girls.) I use it for 3 things:

1. Receiving texts and phonecalls from my mother
2. Making my shopping list
3. Taking pictures of my high score at the arcade
