I'm no girl expert, but they look like pimped out air intakes.

I'm a girl expert, and I would say that those are definitely some form of custom air intakes. They appear to have the capability to (automatically?) reposition themselves for optimal intake, and they may or may not have additional functions.

I would say she's definitely a custom job.

Obtain for yourself some transparent paper in both red and cyan colours. If you can't quite find cyan, a similar colour might work at a stretch. Cut squares of transparent paper off and glue them onto the back of glasses frames you can create yourself using any card stock. You now have some anaglyph 3D glasses, ready for viewing classical stereoscopic 3D images.

It seems possible that it would be both cheaper and easier to simply procure pre-manufactured glasses. (·◡ · )
